Our next triathlon training camp in Mallorca will be held at the lovely Ferrer Janeiro Hotel in Can Picafort, Mallorca.
The island of Mallorca is a Mecca for swimming, cycling and running. Good weather, great roads, Fantastic beaches, Mallorca really does have it all. The island's mountains provide some challenging terrain, including the famous Sa Calobra climb. The weather in April is perfect for training, while still being warm enough to catch some spring rays during down time.
The facilities at the resort are excellent and include a fully equipped gym, 25m laned pool and spa. There are sports massage and physiotherapy facilities also available if needed (these are not included in the camp fee).
The Ferrer Janeiro Hotel is situated around 100m away from the beach, it has its own leisure pool, bar, restaurant and all the facilities you'd expect at a 4 Star hotel. The whole resort has Wi-Fi coverage (included in the camp fee).

We are pleased to announce that our next triathlon training camp will take place in Lanzarote in spring 2023. The camp will be held at the amazing Sands Beach Resort in Costa Teguise from Thursday 2nd March until Thursday 9th March 2023.
Our camps are designed to cater for triathletes of all abilities and are low pressure. You are free to take part in as much (or as little) as you like. The island of Lanzarote is perfect for triathlon training. Good quality, wide roads are perfect for cycling, and the island's volcanoes provide some challenging terrain. The weather in March is perfect for training, while still being warm enough to catch some spring rays duringdown time.
Phuket is famous for its year-round warm weather with average highs of 27-29 C. Add to this incredible scenery and world class training facilities to make Thanyapura the perfect venue for those looking for a quality winter training week.
Swimming sessions take place in the beautiful Thanyapura 50m olympic pool. The pool is within the hotel complex, close to the accommodation, which makes the early morning routine super easy and stress free. Alongside the main pool is an additional 25m pool which is perfect for warm-ups, cool downs and drills. There are also leisure pools for relaxing by in your free time.
Bike sessions take place on the roads around Phuket. Road surfaces are very good and the views are incredible. There are plenty of hills to climb as well as flats to stretch the legs and admire the scenery. Even the bike hill reps session is a pleasure as it is done within metres of the ocean. Just watch out for the crabs scuttling across the road!
Run sessions - Thanyapura resort is set in the countryside so we have the choice of either running around quiet roads, rainforest trails, or on the world class running track situated within the resort itself.

In 2026 we will be returning to the amazing Thanyapura Health and Sports Resort on the beautiful tropical island of Phuket, Thailand.

The pool is only a few minutes walk from the hotel accommodation which makes the early morning routine super easy and stress free. Alongside the main pool is an additional 25m pool which is perfect for warm-ups, cool downs and drills.

Run sessions - Thanyapura resort is set in the countryside so we have the choice of either running around some of the regions roads or trails, or on the world class running track right situated on the resort itself.
The camp schedule will vary from day-to-day and will be flexible but in general, the day will start with a swim session of around an hour. It will then be time to refuel with breakfast before preparing to head out for the next training session. On most days there will be a bike ride. The rides will vary in length and terrain, each with a specific training focus. There will also be run sessions on most days. Again, each run session will have a specific aim (even if that is just a gentle social/recovery run following the bike).
The overall feel of the camp will be informal and relaxed (sessions will start on time however, so be warned!). Athletes are free to choose whether they attend all training sessions - there is no pressure from the coach, it is up to you! Between training sessions, your time will beyour own to rest, recover and explore!
Thanyapura is a 77-room premium resort and as such the hotel, their rooms, food and other facilities are very good quality. Athletes will be staying in the 'Garden Wing' area of the resort which offers a dynamic and refreshing atmosphere for guests surrounded by green gardens so provide the perfect environment for recovering after hard training sessions!
Thanyapura Resort has several restaurants and cafes including The Booster Deli and Cafe, Khun Khao, DiLite and DiVine. Daily breakfast will be taken in the DiVine Restaurant where guests can select from a buffet style breakfast which includes freshly baked breads, free-range eggs and organic fruits and vegetables. The menu has been designed to include elements of local Thai favorites, raw plant based, vegan, Western, European and Asian specialties.

Usually a coached swim before breakfast, then a bike session (or brick), and a run or skills block later in the day. Intensity and volume build through the week but remain flexible so you can recover well and get the most from every session.
Yes. Expect focused technique sets and practical feedback. On suitable camps we include video analysis and classroom insights so you understand what to change and how to train it into your stroke.
We group by pace and experience, then set clear objectives for each ride (endurance, skills, climbing, or race-specific work). Coaches brief the route, safety, and fueling plan before wheels roll.
Both options work. If you hire, we’ll advise reputable local providers. If you bring your bike, ensure it’s recently serviced with good tyres, fresh brake pads, and gearing suitable for local climbs.
No. Our lane and group structure means sessions are scaled to you. You’ll train with athletes at a similar level and get coaching that meets you where you are.
Yes. We manage load across the week and include lighter blocks for recovery. It’s a training camp, not a death march—you’ll leave fitter, not fried.
We’ll brief fueling before longer rides and bricks. Breakfast is typically post-swim; evening meals depend on the board basis of the venue. Bring your preferred on-bike nutrition; local shops are easy to access if you need more.
Lots of athletes travel solo. Standard pricing is usually based on sharing; you can upgrade to single occupancy by purchasing the single supplement option (as well as the standard sharing option) during checkout.
Transfers are included on some camps and optional on others. Check your specific camp’s inclusions at booking—if they’re not included, we’ll advise the best options.
We choose athlete-friendly venues close to pools, training routes, and recovery facilities (gym/spa). Exact facilities and board basis vary by destination; see the camp page for details.
We adapt. Coaches will switch the order of sessions, adjust intensity, or move skills work indoors if needed. Safety first; quality always.
Yes. You must have travel insurance that covers triathlon training and provide relevant medical information on booking. Bring your EHIC/GHIC if applicable.

You can either click the link here or book via the Do3 app (click here to download). You will be presented with two payment options. You can either pay the full balance of £699 or if you wish, you can split the balance over 6 equal payments of £116.50. The first payment will be taken immediately and then a further five payments will be taken on the first, second, third, fourth and fifth month anniversary of when you book.
Travel arrangements: This camp booking does not include flights so you will need to arrange your own transportation to Lanzarote. Transfers from the airport ARE included and we will arrange this closer to the time.
Final itinerary: Around 6 weeks before the camp, we will send you a document containing all the information you will need to get the most out of your trip.
