Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be fit or sporty?

Nope! This is for absolute beginners. Come as you are.

What equipment do I need?

Swimwear, a bike (any safe bike), a helmet, and trainers. We’ll explain everything else in the course.

Do I need to attend both days?

You can attend just Day 1 or Day 2, but we recommend the combo to get the full experience and best value.

Is the race entry optional?

Yes! You can add it if you're ready to commit, or join just the course to test the waters first.

What dates are available?

We are always adding new date options for both day 1 and day 2. Please see the current list below. You will be asked for your date option as part of the checkout process. You do not need to choose consecutive day 1 and day 2 dates.
