We chose these hand paddles due to their shape and the fact they are FLAT. This allows for a cleaner entry into the water and better feel as you catch the water. We have added tubing straps for a more secure fit and feel. 

Unless you are used to using hand paddles, we suggest you go for a paddle that is around the same size as your hand with your fingers spread. As you get stronger you can increase the size. We have three sizes available (see image diagram):

• Small 15cm (length) x 14.5cm (width)

• Medium 18.5cm x 17.5cm

• Large 22cm x 21cm
