New Do3 Swim Performance Service Launched

We're really pleased to announce that with immediate effect we are able to offer Do3 Squad swimmers a new service that is aimed at improving swim speed, technique and efficiency. Whether you are seasoned pro or a less speedy member of the squad (for now 😉), this is for you. We want you to be the best you can be.

All Do3 Coaches will now be armed with our coaching platform and camera (i.e. their mobile phones) and will be able to record you swimming and share the footage with you for further analysis and discussion. Appointments can then be booked to have an online meeting with coach to discuss your swimming performance. During the call, your swimming progress will be discussed and an action plan put in place with the goal of making you a better swimmer. This process will help ensure you get individual attention and a focus on your improvement.

The filming and use of the coaching platform is free. There is a charge for the optional coach consultation and action plan service.
