Welcome to Do3 Squad !

We're so glad you have arrived on this page so we can tell you about just some of the things you can get involved with as part of Do3 Squad. We are a supportive community who is open to anyone who loves swimming, cycling or running (or all three!).

There is no joining fee and no 'official' sign up, just get involved and give (and take) what you like from being part of our fantastic squad. We love to see people face to face, but equally love remote squadders too!

Here are just some of the things you can get involved with...

Our kit is what binds us together. Wearing it shows that you are proud to be part of the squad community and means you're easy to spot in races so we can cheer you on! It's great quality too. Chat, ask questions, arrange meet-ups and find out more about the rest of the community in our Facebook group. It's a great place to hang out and see what everyone is up to. We can't always meet up for rides so now you can ride with squad mates online! Weekly rides are currently at 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings . You can do our training session or do your own session but still ride with us on Zwift (or just join us on video chat) while you do. Click the image above (or here) for more information. We all love to talk about swimming, cycling, running (and pretty much anything else). We have chatted to all sorts of people in our podcast, from novice to pro athletes, and specialists in a variety of different topics. If you are looking for some company on your Sunday rides, why not join our Sunday Ride Whatsapp group to see if anyone is riding locally to you. There will be a ride somewhere most Sundays and they'll often include a café stop. As the groups grow we can split into speed/ability groups, but for now join Whatsapp and let's get out there! Online Booking

The recommended way to enter the On the Edge Triathlon is by downloading the Do3 App It will only take a few minutes to download the app and create an account. Once you have your account you simply navigate to the events tab and select the race option you wish to enter. The options are:

We also offering the chance for you to spread the cost of entry over two equal payments. Simply select the option when you enter. Your place will be held until the final payment is made so please make sure you have adequate funds otherwise we will have to offer the place to a wait lister (we will contact you before this happens of course).

Need help training for Do3 On The Edge?

If you are looking for help to get you in shape and trained ready to take on this great race then help is at hand! We have put together Do3 Commit EDGE a training plan that will have you in tip-top shape come race day. There are three levels of plan based on your time availability. They are easy to follow and come with ongoing coaching support as well as peer support through the Do3 Commit Facebook group. Do3 Commit is a tried and tested middle distance training plan that has helped hundreds of athletes to achieve fantastic results across the years.
