We add a pre‑plan phase (skills + strength) to fill the extra weeks before your main plan.
Can I start mid‑week?
We round to a Monday start for clarity, but you can shift it if you need.
How are plan volumes chosen?
Your goal maps to volume: Completion → lower; PB → medium; Performance → higher.
