Do3 Squad Strava Update. Ian Dickens takes the Strava title after riding for hours in the sun!
This week Do3 Swim Squads Ian Dickens took the overall training time honors with a HUGE total of 15hrs 3mins. Ian has been away training on Lanzarote and ramped up the bike miles in the sunshine. Ian unsurprisingly also took the bike time honors, riding for for over 10hrs. Great work Ian!
For the third consecutive week, Sarah Jane McDonnell from the Do3 Swim Squad again took top honors in the swim time table with a total of 4hrs 42mins. Sarah Jane continues to put the time in as she prepares for her English Channel relay swim (which can't be far away now Sarah Jane??).
Finally, Swim Squad member and coached athlete Richard Eden topped the running table with just short of 4hrs of running. Richard has been making great improvements with his running over the last few months during his build up to the Outlaw Middle Distance Triathlon which took place on Sunday (more to come on that in a separate blog).
Great work done again by all this week! Its great to report that the Do3 Strava Group is now up to 19 members.
There is no spot prize this week, but I am going to award the 'athlete of the week' title to Richard Eden for all that running and his exploits at Outlaw. Very well deserved Richard – well done!
