Dave Knight, Do3 head coach comments, ‘Vichy is known to bring the best European athletes together as this is a fast course and Elo and Guy certainly rose to the challenge by posting fantastic results and times. They are both held in high regard amongst their fellow competitors and I foresee more success and even bigger wins next year for them both. I am equally proud of Marina and Richard who have trained tirelessly and were rewarded with the title Ironman. Ironman is global vocabulary for strength of mind, body and character – three attributes these two have in abundance’.

Do3 is mentored and managed by Dave Knight, one of the UK’s leading triathlon coaches, who has been recognised as Coach of the Year at Stratford District Council Sport Awards. The squad is made up of over 200 Midlands-based athletes; from triathlon enthusiasts and age group competitors to professional athletes.
