At overseas events, Paul Nash celebrated his 60th birthday by competing at Ironman 70.3 Marbella while Mark Woo, Richard Shephard and Do3’s professional triathlete Eloise du Luart (pictured above. Photo: Bob Foy ) raced in Lanzarote at the Volcano Triathlon.

Dave Knight, Do3’s head coach comments, ‘I am bursting with pride at what the squad has achieved this weekend; everyone raced so hard as these results show!  While winning is fantastic it’s also very  humbling to see the camaraderie amongst everybody, at every level and at every age group. Do3 is genuinely a special bunch of people with a collective goal to be the very best they can’.

Do3 is mentored and managed by Dave Knight, one of the UK’s leading triathlon coaches and recently recognised as Coach of the Year at Stratford District Council Sport Awards. The squad is made up of over 200 Midlands based athletes; from triathlon enthusiasts and age group competitors to professional athletes.
