Our low-cost triathlon training programme, Do3 Commit, has proven results. For a small monthly fee you receive a structured training programme, downloadable workouts, access to experienced coaches and get to be part of a community of people on the same journey as you. Do3 Commit also comes with an accompanying online course full of training videos, advice and much more.

Are beginners able to do this programme?

Yes! Do3 Commit is suitable for all. We clearly mark sessions that are 'must do' or 'good to do'. Those new to triathlon or short on hours just stick to the must dos until they feel able to do some of the good to dos! It's a simple system but it works!

What equipment/kit do I need?

As long as you have enough to go swimming, cycling and running you'll have enough to start. If you DO have things like heart rate monitors and power meters, you'll be able to get more out of Commit but it's not critical. Just get yourself started and we can help you from there.

What if I have a specific race I am working towards?

Do3 Commit is available in the following formats:

Squad - This continues indefinitely. Great for beginners or between race specific programmes. This will be fine for those preparing to do a sprint triathlon

Standard - This is a 20 week programme designed to prepare you for a standard (olympic) distance race

Middle - This is a 28 week programme designed to prepare you for a middle distance or 70.3 race

Long - This is a 36 week programme designed to prepare you for a long distance or 'Ironman' race

Once I sign up, how long will it take to get my training?

As soon as you sign up you will be sent a questionnaire to complete. We use this information to get you set up. If you are looking to train for a specific event we will back calculate the weeks depending on the date of the event. For example, for a standard distance event you will start your programme 20 weeks before race day.

If you opt to join the constant 'Squad' programme we can get you training within a few working days. For ease, training usually starts on a Monday. If you are not sure, we are only an email away!

What if I sign up and decide it's not working for me?

Not a problem! Just pop us an email and we'll cancel things for you. There are no contracts or minimum commitments.

What happens if I get injured or can't train for some other reason?

These things do happen and we'll do what we can to help you. If this happens drop us a message and we'll advise you on how to adjust your training until you get back on track.
