This is our test event and is reduced to 12 hours. It runs the same way as the planned full 24-hour version, but no medals will be given. We will send you a completion certificate showing your completed laps.

Multi-terrain 5K loop with grass, fields, tracks and quiet lanes — a mix of hills and flats, with views over the Compton Verney lakes. Every lap includes the short, steep sting of Combrook Hill.
Beginners doing a single 5K, parkrun regulars stacking a few, ultra runners going long.
Finish before the cutoff: 19:00 (Trial) / 14:00 Sunday (Solstice 24-Hour).
Event hub each lap with aid station, hot drinks/food, toilets, timing arch.
Every finisher receives a C24 medal with their lap total stamped on the back — a keepsake you’ll add to year after year. (Medal shown for illustration only)
No. It’s open to everyone. Do a single 5K lap or keep going — your call.
No. You can take breaks as long as you like. For the 24-Hour you may run some laps on Saturday and some on Sunday.
Yes. Only completed 5K laps finished before the event cutoff count.
Yes, for the Solstice 24-Hour. Team members’ completed laps contribute to the team total.
